How Kapitor Hires from India โ Legally, Compliantly, Instantly
Kapitor is registered in the United States of America. Under US corporate law, a foreign company cannot directly run Indian payroll without a local registered entity. Kapitor resolves this through Deel's Employer of Record (EOR) service.
Deel acts as the legal employer in India on Kapitor's behalf. Deel's Indian registered entity employs you locally, manages your INR payroll, deducts and remits TDS, contributes to PF, ESI, and ensures full compliance with Indian labour laws โ including the New Labour Codes, Shops & Establishments Acts, and the Payment of Gratuity Act.
